USDA inspected boneless, skinless chicken breast tender pieces that are 7 days or less from the date of kill. Product is marinated, breaded, set in hot oil, and then individually quick frozen. Product is packed into approximately 4.75 lbs sealed bags and two 20 oz bags are packed in a case for a net case weight of 12.00 lbs. Two 20 oz BBQ Flavored sauce packs will be added per each case. Product is shipped frozen.
