Fully cooked, sous-vide style, in a sealed bag. Heating instructions below.
CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 450'F. Remove chicken from bag and place in
baking pan. Heat in oven for 15-18 minutes. If a lower oven temperature is
desired, heat at 350'F for 30-35 minutes. Internal temperature must reach
160'F.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 400'F. Remove chicken from bag and place
in a baking pan. Heat in oven for 25-30 minutes. Place under broiler for 5-8
minutes to crisp skin. If lower oven temperature is desired, heat at 350'F
for 55-60 minutes. Internal temperature must reach 160'F.
MICROWAVE OVEN: Remove chicken from bag and place on a microwave safe plate,
cover with paper towel, Microwave for 5-6 minutes on HIGH, rotating after 3
minutes. Let stand for 3-4 minutes. If desired, can be placed in broiler for
3-5 minutes to crisp skin. Internal Temperature must reach 160'F.
MICROWAVE, PIZZA/IMPINGEMENT OVEN COMBINATION: Microwave in bag 2-3 minutes
on HIGH. Remove chicken from bag and place in baking pan. Heat in Pizza oven
at 500'F for 10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160'F and
skin is crisp.
MICROWAVE, CONVECTION OVEN COMBINATION: Microwave in bag 2-3 minutes on
HIGH. Remove chicken from bag and place in baking pan. Heat in convection
oven at 450'F for 12 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160'F
and skin is crisp.
