  • GRILL: Place breast on medium hot (350'F) grill. heat 5-7 minutes, turning twice until internal temperature is 160'F.
  • CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 350'F. Cover pan with foil. Remove chicken from bag and place on baking pan. Heat in oven for 6-7 minutes, or until internal temperature is 140'F.
  • CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 350'F. Cover pan with foil. Remove chicken from bag and place on baking pan. Heat in oven for 17-18 minutes or until internal temperature is 140'F.
  • ALTERNATIVE COOKING METHOD: Hold packaged breasts in hot water (140'F) for up to 3 hours. Remove breast from bag and place on baking pan. Brown in 450'F oven for 7 minutes.
  • HOLDING RECOMMENDATIONS: Product can be held under a heat lamp or on a steam table at 140'F for up to 4 hours.
