| Ingredients |
| 4 each | CHEF REDI* tenders |
| 1/2 c. | Black beans |
| 1/4 c. | Yellow corn nibblets |
| 1/4 c. | Tomatoes, diced |
| 1/4 c. | Green onions |
| 2 tbsp. | Lemon juice |
| 2 tbsp. | White vinegar |
| 2 tbsp. | Olive oil |
| 1 dash | Salt, to taste |
| 1 dash | Pepper, to taste |

| Preparation |
1. Cook tenders using the directions provided.
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients together for the salsa. Place the salsa on the plate and the rest of the cooked tenders on top.
